村委会主任职责
一、带领村委会干部及居民拥护党的领导，响应党的号召，执行党的路线、方针政策和国家的法律、法令，把居民区建设成文明区。

工作制度

考勤制度
一、工作人员要自觉遵守村工作纪律、作息制度，按时上下班，做到不迟到不早退。
二、上班时必须坚守岗位，不得无事串岗聊天，不得大声喧哗，不得妨碍他人工作，不得从事公务以外活动，中途因事离开办公室，应向办公室其他人员说明情况。
三、工作人员因病因事不能上班必须按照规定履行请假手续，一天以上病、事假由负责人审批，负责人请假按萌水镇有关规定执行。病事假三天以上（含三天）需办理书面请假手续，未经批准擅自不上班，按无故旷工处理。
四、因工作需要加班者，原则上补假，无法补假时和法定节假日加班，按《劳动法》规定执行。
五、文书负责日常考勤工作，每日填写考勤表，每月汇总。
值班制度
为方便辖区村民办理事务，在正常上班时间以外，安排工作人员值班。
一、双休日，每天安排两人值班，工作人员轮流安排；
