税务所上半年工作总结

　××××年—月歇马所在区局党组的领导下，在机关各科室的指导下，在联系局长、联系科室的具体帮助下，全所同志认真学习党和国家的路线、方针、政策，不折不扣的落实上级年初提出的××××年税收工作指导思想和要求，努力实践“三个代表”，从“两个突破”入手，通过建立学习型基层组织、精神文明创建、税收业务的重组，全所同志齐心协力，克服困难，创新进取，圆满完成了上半年的各项工作任务，现将其主要工作总结如下：

　　一、加强学习、打牢思想基础

　　歇马所从××××年月份就开始为××××年的各项工作作思想上的准备，首先就是学习，除党和国家的大政方针、法律、法规和总局、市局的相关文件外，重点学习了《北碚区国税局创建西部一流投资发展环境》的动员报告以及各位领导对各项分管工作的具体要求，学习局领导到歇马所视察工作时的重要指示，学习各业务工作会对××××年的指导精神，并组织全所同志到璧山局青杠国税所现场学习取经，使全所同志认识到了自身的差距，明确了自身努力的方向，提高了认识，为××××年的工作做好了思想准备。

　　二、加强队伍建设、起好保障着用

　　歇马所半年来，按照局里的政治理论学习安排、廉政理论学习安排，坚持周五学习制度，以精神文明创建为平台，从改善税收环境入手，努力实现从执法型向服务型机关的转变。歇马所公告了纳税人的权利，公告了纳税服务承诺等，使歇马所的各项工作透明度大为增强，原创：纳税人的满意度大为提高。廉政建设方面，坚持“两手抓，两手都硬”的方针，把廉政建设的工作贯穿到税收业务工作的全过程，歇马所明确了一名兼职监察员，聘请了四名特邀监察员，经常征求当地党、政、人大、上级机关领导和社会各界对歇马所及其人员的意见、要求。通过教育学习、健全制度、全面监督，全所上半年未发生违法违纪事件，所风所貌和队伍建设进步明显，社会反映良好，为税收工作起到了较好的保障着用。

　　三、业务重组、使征管流程更趋合理

　　针对歇马地区的经济税源情况，歇马所定岗、定责，重新整合业务流程，设置了前台三个工作岗位，即征收一岗、征收二岗和一个综合岗，从办证、售票、认证、代开发票、申报征收、咨询服务等等，大力推行区内的征收一体化，办税一卡通，一窗式、一站式面对面办理纳税人的所有涉税事项，为纳税人全方位的服务。

　　四、落实计划、努力完成税收任务

　　五、下半年工作计划
