自我介绍表现形式
鉴于需要进行自我介绍的时机多有不同，因而进行自我介绍时的表达方法便有所不同。自我介绍的内容是指自我介绍时所表述的主体部分，即在自我介绍时表述的具体形式。
确定自我介绍的具体内容，应兼顾实际需要、所处场景，并应具有鲜明的针对性，切不可千人一面，一概而论。
依照自我介绍时表述的内容的不同，自我介绍可以分为下述五种具体形式：
(1)应酬式
应酬式的自我介绍，适用于某些公共场合和一般性的社交场合，如旅行途中、宴会厅里、舞场之上、通电话时。它的对象，主要是进行一般接触的交往对象。对介绍者而言，对方属于泛泛之交，或者早已熟悉，进行自我介绍只不过是为了确认身份而已，故此种自我介绍内容要少而精。
应酬式的自我介绍内容最为简洁，往往只包括姓名一项即可。例如：

(2)工作式
工作式的自我介绍，主要适用于工作之中。它是以工作为自我介绍的中心;因工作而交际，因工作而交友。有时，它也叫公务式的自我介绍。
工作式的自我介绍的内容，应当包括本人姓名、供职的单位及其部门、担负的职务或从事的具体工作等三项。他们叫作工作式自我介绍内容的三要素，通常缺一不可。其中，第一项姓名，应当一口报出，不可有姓无名，或有名无姓。第二项供职的单位及其部门，有可能最好全部报出，具体工作部门有时也可以暂不报出。第三项担负的职务或从事的具体工作，有职务最好报出职务，职务较低或者无职务，则可报出所从事的具体工作。例如：

(3)交流式

礼仪式的自我介绍的内容，亦包含姓名、单位、职务等项，但是还应多加入一些适宜的谦辞、敬语，以示自己礼待交往对象。例如：

(5)问答式

一、投递简历的渠道 1． hr不必担心收到垃圾邮件。通讯发达的同时也给我们带来了很多的烦恼，每天都要与垃圾邮件进行大战。而如果hr直接进入网站的企业邮箱查收简历，则不必担心收到垃圾邮件。
2． 应聘什么职位一幕了然。hr进入网站的企业邮箱查收简历时，您的简历将会在您所应聘的职位对应当栏目下出现，非常清晰。
3． 可以得知您获悉职位的渠道。现在的招聘网站可以说名目繁多，公司自然关心哪家网站的招聘效果最好（这就是为什么我经常会看到“请注明该职位来源于××”等字眼的原因）。
4． 网站会有自己比较固定的简历格式和风格，hr对这样的简历也比较习惯，知道去哪个部分找所需要的有用的或者重要的信息。
以下主要是针对用自己的信箱投递简历的注意事宜了。
二、投递简历的信箱
首先，在给用人单位发送简历的时候，要用自己的私人邮箱，切勿用公司的信箱。
其次，选择稳定性、可靠性高的邮箱，尤其是免费邮箱的选择更要注意，如果不稳定，发送的简历对方没有收到，或者对方回邮的过程信件丢失，那太可惜了。
再次，邮箱的id要显得专业，成熟并且职业化。在邮箱id的设置上，一般可以采用英文名＋中文姓氏；
中文拼音＋数字（注册日期、生日等数字）等各种形式均可，其原则是不要看上去很傻，如superman, littlegirl等等之类，最好是让对方看到邮箱就能马上知道是您是谁。
三、邮件的标题
关于邮件的标题问题，如果对方在招聘的时候（在职位广告中）已经声明了用哪种格式为主题，尽量照着做，因为这是它初步筛选的标准。
不要认为一个hr一天收到的简历只有几份或几十份，事实上是有几百份甚至几千份应聘不同职位的信件。如果您的标题只写了“应聘”或是“求职”或是“简历”等等，这样您自己也可以想象一下您的简历的被关注程度。很可能就被忽略了！所以至少要写上您应聘的职位这样才便于hr分门别类的去筛选。而且最好在标题中就写上自己的名字，这样便于hr再次的审核您的简历。以避免其在一大群以“应聘„„”为标题的简历中一个一个打开来找您的简历，这简直是对hr人员耐心的考验啊！
而且标题还有一点：用中文字写，除非应聘时要求用英文！
每天hr不仅会收到大量的简历，还会收到大量的垃圾邮件，这些邮件很多都是英文标题的，所以如果您用英文做标题，很可能就被当成垃圾邮件删除了，多可惜。如果想证明自己英文水平好的话在简历中发挥就好了，不用在题目上做文章。还有不要用一些奇怪的符号，比如“~~~”“&”“#”“****”等等，原因也是一样，都是垃圾邮件惹的祸。
所以一个标准的标题就是：您要申请的职位-您的姓名-这份职位要求的工作地点。这样至少能保证您的邮件能够被阅读。其实很简单：大家把自己的要应聘职位和姓名写上就好了。如果您有比较明显的优势，或者是工作经验丰富，或者是学校比较出名，等等凡是您觉得可以增加求职含金量的地方，也可以这样写：您要申请的职位-您的姓名-8年工作经验；
您要申请的职位-您的姓名-某某大学。
四、申请的职位
应聘职位的名称按公司在招聘中给出的写就肯定没问题了，不要自己随意发挥。这个问题在学生中出现的比例还是比较小的，但即使是应聘实习生的，一个大的公司也分为好几种所以他怎么写您怎么写就对了。
不要擅自发挥，就算其工作内容相似，但在职位名称方面一定要按照职位广告上所要求的来。比如招聘“渠道部总经理助理”，不要写成“总经理助理”或是“渠道助理”；
招聘“副总裁秘书” 不要写成“总裁秘书”“文秘”„„这样的例子简直不胜枚举。很多时候自己发明的词都没有对应的职位那么简历不管做得再好都得搁置在一边了。
另外很重要的一点是：您自己至少要清楚您要做什么职位，至少是哪种类型的职位。
不要在同一家公司投递多个职位，尤其是不相近的职位。事实上很多这样投漫无目的投简历的全才看似增加了自己的机会，
其实这样的人通常都不会被考虑的，自己都不清楚自己要做那种类型的职位怎么能由公司帮您决定呢？！
还有没有在标题或简历中声明自己申请的职位，什么求职目标都没有或者只写了“市场相关职位”“软件开发相关职位”等等，这样的机会同样很少，因为公司没有这个义务也没有这个时间和精力置上百份简历于不顾而考虑您适合哪个职位。

1、一定要写求职信。不必太长，两三句即可，可以显出您的诚意，同时也是借此机会为自己打个小广告。一般来说，在求职信中无非就是点出自己是如何知道该职位信息的，要应聘哪个职位，为什么要应聘该职位，自己有些什么优势等等，然后请hr阅读附件简历而已。

自我介绍
成功的模式可以是：我叫xxx，英文名字xxx，xx省xx市人，今年6月将从xx学校xx专业本科(专科)毕业。除了简历上您看到的介绍，我愿意特别说一下我在xxx方面的特长/我最大的特点是„„(给出事例)。正是基于对自己这方面的自信，使我有勇气来应聘贵公司的xxx这一职位。(看表)一分钟到了，希望我没有超时。(很阳光的微笑) 你为什么会选择你目前学习的专业呢？
这是应届生经常会被问到的一个问题。千万当心，这个问题的目的是考察你的decisionquality这一项胜任力，所以不要简单的说“感兴趣”或者“就业前景乐观”等。给大家一个成功的范例(同样适用于诸如?您所做过的一个成功/最大的决定是什么”
【问答实录】
问：张先生，您为什么会选择财务专业呢？
答：的确，财务已经连续多年成为高校热门专业，这造成了就业时无可避免的激烈竞争。可当初我选择财务专业时并不是单纯因为它的热门程度。我早就把就业目标锁定在苏州工业园区的外资企业。根据我高三时搜集到的统计资料，园区当时有外企xxx家，而且每年以xxx%的速度在增加。以每个公司财务部至少5个人计算(总账，应收应付，税务，出纳再加上一个经理)，加上园区的平均离职率是15%，则在我毕业时，可以有xxx个空缺。我毕业那年应该全国有xx相关专业的毕业生。其中可能有10%会瞄准苏州，而我填报的苏州大学在当地口碑尚可，属于中等偏上。那么，有1/2的对手能被我淘汰。再加上我就在苏州本地学习，四年中可以更早的寻求机会，所以，我很有信心的选择了这个专业。其实，没有哪个面试官会相信你真的作过如此缜密的调查分析，但你已经展示了你做决策时的思路，所以可以加分。
【回答技巧】
所有的回答要符合你专业的特点。不要说得太到位，可以自圆其说就行了，不然，他们会觉得你要么太虚伪，要么太狂妄。还有，应该表示对自己的专业的确感兴趣，或者增加点戏剧效果：我本来理解的财务管理就是管账，所以开始的时候还真后悔了一阵，直到大三时开始了在企业的实践，才有了改观，并真正喜欢上了我的专业。这样显得真实可信，更重要的是，很自然的由你引导到准备好的问题：实习的收获。
为了考察您learningon the fly这一条胜任力，通常我们会问您在实习期间的收获。此时，不要夸大自己的成绩，谦虚一点。还有，不妨说一下自己的失误(不用怕，毕竟你是在实习)。记住：详细说明当时的情况(situation)，你要达到的目的(task)，你采取了哪些步骤(actions)，事情的结果(result)，还有你得到的经验教训(leonlearned)以及后来怎样运用到工作中避免犯类似的错误。最后做出总结：原来书本上的知识要能够在工作中熟练运用，这期间还有很长的一段路要走。还可以说：回到学校后，我对自己的实习经历作了一番总结，发现自己在xxx方面还需要加强。所以，我很注意利用大学的最后一个学期来弥补这一不足。现在，我对自己很有信心，如果时间能够倒流，我相信我能做到更好。
hr手把手教你写简历，怎样的简历才不被秒杀？
关键词一：邮件主题
有些孩子的邮件主题写的很滑稽，比如：“应聘”，“intern apply”云云。“应聘”？？？应聘什么呢？？？“intern apply”？？？语法都错了。由于hr一天要看无数封简历，所以，邮件主题最好要注明自己的姓名、学校、专业、申请的职位、一周能上班的天数等等，反正就是怎么让hr看上去一清二楚就怎么写。hr在筛选简历的时候，首先会设置一些基本的筛选条件，例如专业、年级、一周可工作次数，如果没有写明这些条件，hr还要点开邮件看你有简历的内容，求职简历少还行，一多看得脑子都炸开了，谁还愿意click一下。耐心好的还可以（我就属于耐心比较好的），耐心不好的直接delete（有的时候来不及了我也做这种事情），直接delete的话，你能力在好、过去的实习经历再出色也无济于事。多可惜啊„„
关键词二：申请职位
关键词三：简历要不要加进附件
我的感受是：要加的，同时，在邮件正文把简历的内容也粘贴上去，这样也是方便hr看你的求职简历。有的孩子正文一句话都么，直接一个附件发过来，这样的简历我直接delete„„有的孩子倒是写了很不错的cover letter，就是简历放在附件里，还要双击一下打开，碰到电脑慢的时候急煞人，弄不好还要重启，降低工作效率，让人心生怒火„„所以，最好还是在正文里面把你的简历贴上去。
这时候可能有同学要问了，简历放到正文，本来word里设置得很漂亮的格式就全乱掉了。其实我以前也不知道怎么解决这个问题，也是在正文里面改了又改，效果也不怎么理想。看了那么多求职email我倒是发现有的同志实在挺聪明：把整个简历保存成一张图片再粘上去，这样就能保持原本word里的格式（大家可以用snagit把图片切下来，因为有的时候屏幕里显示不了word里一页纸，用snagit可以全页截图）；
另外也有人技术比较高明一点，像frontpage里用表格编辑网页一样，在邮件正文里也用表格，这样格式也不容易乱，不过这个弄起来可能有点麻烦„„
关键词四：正文里头写些什么？
其实有的时候hr会比较关注这封cover letter的。有些孩子正文简单一句话“您好，本人是**大学硕士研究生，附件是我的简历，请查阅，谢谢。期待您的答复。”这样的cover letter没什么特色，不容易出彩。
这里我拿一封一个同学写的cover letter给大家做一下参考，名字学校我都隐去了，希望不要侵犯了这位同学的个人隐私。

我是**大学**专业的研究生，**年*月毕业。在**网上看到**正招聘实习生，并一直期望有机会加盟**。

*** 其实这封cover letter写得也不算出色，但在众多我看到的求职简历中，这是我看到的比较好的了。有以下两点让我觉得他给了我一个比较清晰的印象：
1、他把自己什么大学什么专业什么时候毕业交代清楚了。什么时候毕业最好也写清楚，这条有的时候也是基本筛选条件。但这里有个败笔，么将要申请什么职位写清楚„„
2、第三段里面他主要介绍了自己现阶段所做的一些事情：例如它在编程方面的主要特长：c++和matlab；
现阶段研究的课题等等。在招聘技术类的实习生时，我们比较关注学生在技术方面的特长，掌握了哪些专业的技能，或者语言上有什么特长等等。虽然说他写的没什么层次感，但至少c++、matlab抓住了我的眼球，让我一看就知道他有这两方面的skill。
如果是招聘非技术类的职位，最好把自己引以为傲的实习或学校活动经历写上去，并且最好是和你要申请的职位有关的。
技术类的职位技术过得硬很占优势，非技术类的就看人的综合能力了，这个就扯到面试了，这里不深入讨论。
cover letter要怎么写，我个人感觉是，可以去参考应届生上的一些tips，但是不要照搬。现代社会最缺乏的就是个人特点，但是企业喜欢unique的人，尤其是外企，千篇一律老外最不喜欢了。换句话说，你可以想怎么写就怎么写，写出你的特点，展现你的特色，把你最大的优点第一时间展现给hr看。我说的是真的，你如果很张扬，你的cover letter一看就觉得张扬；
如果你很内向，你的cover letter一看觉得是内敛的„„cover letter的cover就是你的一张脸，怎么把你的脸最自然的给hr看，大家可以好好思考一下~~ 关键词五：要不要用英文呢？？
有的孩子英文特别牛，邮件通篇全是英文，其实hr最头痛看这种简历，英文好的看两眼，英文不怎么好的就直接delete„„外企的hr也是中国人，中国人当然看中国字方便，这样节约时间，提高工作效率。所以，大家写简历或者写求职信，除了英文以外要加上中文，中文是方便hr看，英文是突出你的英文能力，至于hr到底看不看？我的答案是：基本不看，除非这个hr特别有空„„ 关键词六：简历
简历的重要性不言而喻，简历要怎么写，原理上是跟cover letter一样的。这里我总结了几条：
1、自己的基本背景交待清楚（姓名、性别、邮件、电话、学校等，但是身高体重是否党员就可以不要写了，
这不是真的相亲）。
2、把和申请的职位相关的经历放在简历上放1/4处，让hr一看就看得到。
3、不要单纯的罗列经历，也不要单纯的罗列能力，要有层次感，重点要突出，把最突出的一条放在最前面。
4、简历上的语言要简练一点，多用动词。
看了那么多简历，有时候也看得我哭笑不得。比方说收到很多上海大学的学生简历，我就会噗哧一笑，这个简历模板一看就知道是上海大学出来的，我自己用的都是这个模板„„因为我本人是上大的，所以看到这种简历就特亲切。有的时候hr是哪个学校出来的也挺关键的。这样的模板可以拉近你我间的距离。当然这个是碰着碰的，碰的到说明你运气好，碰不到大家也不要一味钻牛角尖哈。当然如果你事先能打听到hr是哪个学校的那也不错的。
还有的时候收到简历，一张特别漂亮的大头贴赫然于眼前，为我枯燥的“简历时间”增添了不少乐趣。但这个也是碰着碰得，我觉得还是要稳重点，别把很漂亮的大头贴或者**照放在简历里面，最好就是专门的求职照拉~~~ 另外，大家投简历要有心理准备，肯定不是一头一个准的。企业招人的时候会有自己的基本条件，不是没有收到通知和面试不过就说明你不好的。hr招人的时候还会看你的年级，如果你马上就要毕业了，但这个时候企业没有招full-time的打算，你就可能立马被delete掉，或者有的时候企业内部有对性别也有要求，这个话题就比较敏感了，例如一些维修类的职位，一般招男生比较多，女生就可能看也不看„„但这并不表示大家不好。应聘就像相亲，也稍带一点运气。但用一句很俗套的话来说，“是金子总会发光”，只要你有能力、有技术，总会找到你的“另一半”。
还有，大家有的时候可以多点勇气往hr那里打电话，基本上hr不会觉得烦的。因为hr很忙的，有的时候忙得没时间看简历没时间招聘，突然有人“送上门来”，hr会很热情的说，那你抽个时间直接过来吧，带好简历。看，这样简历关不用过直接进面试关。但还是那句话，碰着碰的，我不是教唆大家给hr狂打电话，人的忍耐力终究是有限度的。如果你很喜欢这个职位，你自己本人觉得自己和这个职位很匹配的话，不妨一试。

一、投递简历的渠道 1． hr不必担心收到垃圾邮件。通讯发达的同时也给我们带来了很多的烦恼，每天都要与垃圾邮件进行大战。而如果hr直接进入网站的企业邮箱查收简历，则不必担心收到垃圾邮件。
2． 应聘什么职位一幕了然。hr进入网站的企业邮箱查收简历时，您的简历将会在您所应聘的职位对应当栏目下出现，非常清晰。
3． 可以得知您获悉职位的渠道。现在的招聘网站可以说名目繁多，公司自然关心哪家网站的招聘效果最好（这就是为什么我经常会看到“请注明该职位来源于××”等字眼的原因）。
4． 网站会有自己比较固定的简历格式和风格，hr对这样的简历也比较习惯，知道去哪个部分找所需要的有用的或者重要的信息。
以下主要是针对用自己的信箱投递简历的注意事宜了。
二、投递简历的信箱
首先，在给用人单位发送简历的时候，要用自己的私人邮箱，切勿用公司的信箱。
其次，选择稳定性、可靠性高的邮箱，尤其是免费邮箱的选择更要注意，如果不稳定，发送的简历对方没有收到，或者对方回邮的过程信件丢失，那太可惜了。
再次，邮箱的id要显得专业，成熟并且职业化。在邮箱id的设置上，一般可以采用英文名＋中文姓氏；
中文拼音＋数字（注册日期、生日等数字）等各种形式均可，其原则是不要看上去很傻，如superman, littlegirl等等之类，最好是让对方看到邮箱就能马上知道是您是谁。
三、邮件的标题
关于邮件的标题问题，如果对方在招聘的时候（在职位广告中）已经声明了用哪种格式为主题，尽量照着做，因为这是它初步筛选的标准。
不要认为一个hr一天收到的简历只有几份或几十份，事实上是有几百份甚至几千份应聘不同职位的信件。如果您的标题只写了“应聘”或是“求职”或是“简历”等等，这样您自己也可以想象一下您的简历的被关注程度。很可能就被忽略了！所以至少要写上您应聘的职位这样才便于hr分门别类的去筛选。而且最好在标题中就写上自己的名字，这样便于hr再次的审核您的简历。以避免其在一大群以“应聘„„”为标题的简历中一个一个打开来找您的简历，这简直是对hr人员耐心的考验啊！
而且标题还有一点：用中文字写，除非应聘时要求用英文！
每天hr不仅会收到大量的简历，还会收到大量的垃圾邮件，这些邮件很多都是英文标题的，所以如果您用英文做标题，很可能就被当成垃圾邮件删除了，多可惜。如果想证明自己英文水平好的话在简历中发挥就好了，不用在题目上做文章。还有不要用一些奇怪的符号，比如“~~~”“&”“#”“****”等等，原因也是一样，都是垃圾邮件惹的祸。
所以一个标准的标题就是：您要申请的职位-您的姓名-这份职位要求的工作地点。这样至少能保证您的邮件能够被阅读。其实很简单：大家把自己的要应聘职位和姓名写上就好了。如果您有比较明显的优势，或者是工作经验丰富，或者是学校比较出名，等等凡是您觉得可以增加求职含金量的地方，也可以这样写：您要申请的职位-您的姓名-8年工作经验；
您要申请的职位-您的姓名-某某大学。
四、申请的职位
应聘职位的名称按公司在招聘中给出的写就肯定没问题了，不要自己随意发挥。这个问题在学生中出现的比例还是比较小的，但即使是应聘实习生的，一个大的公司也分为好几种所以他怎么写您怎么写就对了。
不要擅自发挥，就算其工作内容相似，但在职位名称方面一定要按照职位广告上所要求的来。比如招聘“渠道部总经理助理”，不要写成“总经理助理”或是“渠道助理”；
招聘“副总裁秘书” 不要写成“总裁秘书”“文秘”„„这样的例子简直不胜枚举。很多时候自己发明的词都没有对应的职位那么简历不管做得再好都得搁置在一边了。
另外很重要的一点是：您自己至少要清楚您要做什么职位，至少是哪种类型的职位。
不要在同一家公司投递多个职位，尤其是不相近的职位。事实上很多这样投漫无目的投简历的全才看似增加了自己的机会，
其实这样的人通常都不会被考虑的，自己都不清楚自己要做那种类型的职位怎么能由公司帮您决定呢？！
还有没有在标题或简历中声明自己申请的职位，什么求职目标都没有或者只写了“市场相关职位”“软件开发相关职位”等等，这样的机会同样很少，因为公司没有这个义务也没有这个时间和精力置上百份简历于不顾而考虑您适合哪个职位。

1、一定要写求职信。不必太长，两三句即可，可以显出您的诚意，同时也是借此机会为自己打个小广告。一般来说，在求职信中无非就是点出自己是如何知道该职位信息的，要应聘哪个职位，为什么要应聘该职位，自己有些什么优势等等，然后请hr阅读附件简历而已。
2、附件的名称要起好，便于hr直接下载保存。切勿用“我的简历”“简历3”等字眼，试想，如果人人都以这样的形式命名而hr直接下载保存了，那么这么多的简历如何区分呢？附件的名称最好点名“应聘的职位＋自己的姓名”，方便hr直接下载保存，而后又能方便地查阅到您的简历。设身处地的替hr想一想，就不难理解了。

英语面试一般包括三轮

面试中最需要自信
普华永道人力资源部经理姜周红介绍说，一般在进行英语面试时，多是希望考查应聘者听说读写的实际操作能力。小组讨论是英语面试的重要一环，一般来说，小组讨论形式的面试其目的主要是要了解应聘者在团体中的工作反应。进一步说，面试官更多的是希望了解应聘者面对指责的态度。
姜周红说，在外企的面试中，除了笔试之外，面试中的英语部分以考查应用能力为主，所以应聘者在面试当中最需要的是自信、敢说。不妨尽量采用简短明了的词汇来表达自己的意思。另外，切忌在面试当中抬高自己贬低别人。回答问题尽量自然，并作为小组成员之一在自己的负责范围内答题，也不要重复其他应聘者的答案。说话要流利，思维要连贯，层次要清晰，不要夹杂中文，可以用“well”、“however”这样的过渡词来给自己停顿和思考，同时，也使得自己的表述显得口语化一些。

Research experience and academic activity When a sophomore, I joined the Aociation of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research.In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof.Wang’s lab.With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system.It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST.In 1998, I aumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant.This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.In 1999, I joined the distinguished Profeor Yu-Geng Xi"s research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research.Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design.My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format.Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations.It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too.In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant.The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making proce that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances.To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets.The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale.I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea.Recently, I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system aisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel.I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem.This project is now under construction.
Besides, In July 2000, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation.In my senior year, I met Prof.Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting profeor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research.These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.I hope to study in depth In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D.program.My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.
