　这些等等，都能让现役军人和退役军人看到一些希望。

　但目前有一种重要的而又不能忽视的问题，那就是退役军人特别是转业志愿兵、士官的历史遗留问题如何解决?!这必将考验着各级政府的智慧。因为近年来，特别是过去的，遭遇安置不公的转业军人依法维权的态势越演越烈。或许，正是因为在这些的眼中，他们认为现在有了习总主政，遇到了一个好时代，更希望能在习总的任期中，能把他们身上所背负的历史问题和包袱能够解决和卸掉，重新找回应有的待遇和尊严。

　当然，我们也不是有意地说过去对待转业军人，这安置不好那安置不好。从历史往回看，我们党和国家的自我修复能力是没有一个国家能比拟的。我们也相信，出现了历史遗留问题，想必这些转业军人也不会有太多太大的怨言。但有的地方明知道出现了历史遗留问题，而不采取措施或者心平气和地找这些当事人坐下来好好沟通，以此来寻找解决的具体办法，相反有不少地方采取了一味采取打压、抵制、事不关己高高挂起的态度来对待，显然这种方式让谁也不能接受，更别说那些曾经有着血气方刚、血性十足的转业军人了。

　所以，最后就导致了颇有隆重而影响力又严重的“”依法维权事件。或许，这一踩着红线的维权方式，并不是那些转业军人想要的，也不是我们每个人想要看到。但没有办法，或许这些转业军人已经实在是没有办法才出此下策。
