　　财务预算联席会议纪要二为最后审定物业20XX年财务预算，居委会、业委会、物业管理处、会同审议小组以及部分业主代表，于20XX年1月5日召开联席会议，会议由业委会分管副主任主持，专题讨论并审定了物业20XX年财务预算，具体内容如下：

　 1、业委会作有关说明;
