　作为一名教师，她深知学习是终身的事，只有不断学习才能在思想上与时俱进，在业务上精益求精，才能成为一名合格的教师。

　在工作中，她一直坚持“立足本职岗位做起、在一个岗位上就应做好应尽职责”这一理念，严格要求自己。

　在教学工作中，她能服从学校安排，任教过语文，思品，英语学科。面对每个学科，她都认真备课、上课，钻研业务，虚心向同行请教，积极参加教研活动。她始终以教师就应服务讲台、服务课堂为宗旨，倡导快乐的课堂教学氛围，营造平等的学习氛围。曾多次参加东湖区“骏马杯”教学竞赛并获二等奖；撰写的教学设计《我有一双明亮的眼睛》获南昌市基础教育改革教学成果教学设计类一等奖；撰写的英语教案设计获东湖区二等奖；指导多名学生获南昌市英语听力竞赛一、二、三等奖。

　因自己的特长，在教学之余，她还承担了学校舞蹈队的训练排练任务。为了参加东湖区少儿艺术节，学校把舞蹈排练的任务交给了她。于是，她更加忙碌。在完成每星期15节英语课的教学任务的同时，她积极地投入到排练中。为了让三十位学生学会听音乐，听准节拍，动作整齐而优美，她和学生们在舞蹈房里挥洒着汗水。经常为了动作的整齐，一遍又一遍地练习。每每排练结束，走出舞蹈房，已是夜幕降临，空荡荡的校园里只剩她疲惫的身影。但第二天，她上完课，批改完作业，走进舞蹈房时，她和孩子们又不知疲倦地舞起来。辛苦的汗水，换来了骄人的成绩。学校的舞蹈“中国娃，中国话”获江西省中小学生艺术展获舞蹈类一等奖、南昌市校园文化艺术节获一等奖、东湖区少儿艺术节舞蹈类一等奖，并拍成录象，参加全国的少儿艺术展演获三等奖。
