　 **年上半年，**医院按照**纪检监察工作的总体部署，紧紧围绕社区三个创建的发展目标，根据**年**监察工作要点的要求在贯彻两个《纲要》及两个《条例》，深化《双争》活动，开展效能监察及加强行风建设中认真履行纪检监察职能，较好地完成了各项工作。

　全面贯彻两个《纲要》和两个《条例》

　 **对学习贯彻中共中央颁布的《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》的工作进行精心部署，认真组织广大党员干部特别是领导干部学习《实施纲要》，全面领会其基本精神和主要内容。坚持理论联系实际，把学习贯彻《实施纲要》与学习贯彻胡锦涛同志的重要讲话相结合，与开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动相结合，与贯彻落实中央纪委第五次全会的工作部署相结合，学以致用，推动工作。把学习《实施纲要》纳入支部学习计划。通过学习、培训，广大党员干部的思想和行动统一到中央精神上来，进一步增强贯彻执行《实施纲要》的责任感和自觉性。领导干部带头学，并作为党员先进性教育的必学文件，组织集体学习，坚持每周对学习情况进行检查督导，及时交流、推进工作的开展。集中学习4课时，参加70余人次。并组织全体党员、积极分子和中层干部积极参加了社区纪委组织的纪检监察答题，优秀率100%。

　通过活动的开展，领导班子的团结民主气氛更加浓厚，办事更加透明，能公道正派的行使好手中的权力，各部门已能高效率、高水平的履行好职责，健全了各项规章制度，杜绝了违法违纪问题，群众满意率达到92%。

　建立健全外部监督机制，对医院医德医风建设具有强大的推动力。我院从实际出发，拓宽外部监督各种渠道，使医院医德医风建设更富有成效。
