　再说一些细节上的问题。揉法：比如说一窝风，外劳宫这种，指肚一定要像蚂蝗一样吸住穴位，揉的幅度不要太大，大了力量就不能集中。一般书上会说顺逆同数，顺主升，逆主降，其实对于点性穴位，不用那么讲究，很多人往往对于一会顺一会逆不习惯。可以单用顺揉，不会影响效果。

　关于五经穴的推法：五经穴就是五个手指上的穴位，脾经，肝经，心经，肺经，肾经。推拿的时候手指末节的力量一定要足，不能指根处有力量而到有指尖那节就没力了，这很会影响效果。像大肠穴，小肠穴，道理也一样。

　天河水的推法注意事项：这个一定要注意从头到尾都得固定推在中线上，不能偏。初学的往往推久了就偏离了中线，这点要注意。

　六腑推拿注意事项：这个穴位三字经和其它派的不大一样。三字经的六腑位处在手太阳小肠经的路线，其它派的一般是在?前臂正尺侧。推拿的时候如果想两个位置都照顾到，有个很简单的办法，用除母指外四个手指去推，末节自然弯曲，这样不仅尺侧面可以按摩到，手太阳小肠经的路线也按摩到。效果会非常好。

　三关推拿注意事项：这个穴位三字经和其它派的也不大一样，三字经中的三关是在手太阴肺经的路线，其它派在?前臂?正桡侧，推拿方法跟六腑是类似的，用除母指外的四个手指推比较好，两处位置都可以推拿到。

　穴位属性其实不分男左女右。习惯上一般用左手。但如果有人想推右手或左右都推，其实也可以。

　每个穴位连续推是最好的，但多数人其实很难做到，中间略有停滞，这个尽量不要时间过长否则也会影响效果。

　关于推拿的力道与速度，一般书上都这么写：轻重适宜，用力均匀，速度以每分钟150-200次为宜。但我发现有些初学者一味追求速度快而忽视了穴位和手法的准确性，一定要明白是在穴位和手法正确的前提下速度宜快不宜慢.有些家长问到只能每分钟推100次有没有效？我说如果推不了那么快的速度，那把推拿时间补上来一样有效果，这叫勤能补拙。还有一种情况，有些人推拿速度上去了，但给人一种飘的感觉，这样的话渗透力就不够，同样会影响效果。这个得多练才能找到感觉。还有就是力道，这个最不好理解，到底多大的力道合适？轻重适宜，何谓适宜啊？90%的初学者搞不懂这个问题，我的经验是能带动皮下的肌肉组织的力度就可以了，如果只接触到皮肤层，那力道是轻了，如果推拿时感觉你的手都能按到孩子肌肉里面的骨头，那是偏重了。

　其它的没什么特别说明的了。手法主要靠平时多练，看字面上的东西而不去实践，是很难体会的。就像游泳，任谁讲的要领多好，你在陆地上也学不会的。

　有个问题再跟大家说一下。就是有人提到练功法的问题，就是所谓的气功了，说不学功法的话推拿不会有什么效果。这个大家不要去盲目相信，其实只要取穴和手法正确，推拿时精神集中，就算你不会任何功，也会有不错的效果。当然如果真去练气功，那我只能说会有个加强的作用，但不是决定性的。小儿推拿之所以得以流行，就是因为简单，如果这么个东西也给弄上一些玄而又玄的东西，就偏离了小儿推拿的本意了。学这个的父母一定要有信心。
