科协党建工作及效能建设作风建设工作计划
一、按照“三个代表”的要求，加强对党员及党员领导干部的党性党风教育，提高党性修养，搞好党的思想建设。
思想建设是党建工作的基础和灵魂。加强从思想上、理论上建党，是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。加强思想建设是中国共产党的发展之基，生命之源。党员在组织上入党，只能说初步达到了共产党员的标准，他还有一个思想上继续成熟、觉悟继续提升的过程。逆水行舟，不进则退，不继续学习与改造，就会落后。特别是要加强党的基本理论、基本路线和党的知识的教育，社会主义、集体主义、爱国主义教育，艰苦奋斗的教育，无神论的教育，在思想和言行上与党中央保持高度一致。

2、抓好业务知识学习。20*年科协党支部开展了形式多样的业务知识学习，提高了党员干部的业务能力和水平，提高为科协基层组织和科协工作者的服务的本领。
3、开好民主生活会和党内外的评议工作。民主生活会是党内生活的一种形式，是开展批评与自我批评的有效方法。通过生活会达到交流工作，沟通情况，找出不足，提高党性，形成对问题的同一认识。科协党支部按区级机关党工委的工作要求，结合科协的工作情况定主题，认真研究了关于生活会的落实工作，坚持民主生活会和科协的各项工作相结合，通过民主生活会达到交流工作、总结自我、找出工作中存在的共同问题、消除工作中存在的误解，达到统一认识，增进团结的目的，会上所有的同志都做了很好的发言，提出了要强化管理，合理调动干部职工积极性，用人之长，对干部在使用过程要加强教育。科协党支部的民主生活会为干部职工创造一个和谐、宽松、愉快的环境，干部职工能提出问题是关心单位的发展，信任领导，相信科协工作能更上新台阶。因此，班子同志们都坚定了信心，决心在新的一年有一个新的发展。
二、以领导班子为重点，加强党的组织建设
1、进一步完善党员活动室建设。党员活动室的建设是支部开展教育学习活动的重要阵地，以活动室为阵地，开展环境育人，创造浓烈的党内教育学习氛围。
2、加强班子建设。20*年由于人员调整，科协党支部与科技局党支部分开，现科协支部书记由苏子明主席担任，我们按照机关党工委的要求，进一步健全了支部领导班子，保证了支部各项活动的正常开展。在加强班子建设中，我们强调树立六个意识，即：服务、表率、民主、全局、超前和学习意识，基本上做到了职责清、任务明。基本达到了预期的目标，形成团结、向上、求实、开拓的班子集体。

二是抓好了廉洁自律教育。今年以来，我们围绕中央党风廉政建设指导思想，采取各种行之有效的宣传形式，组织广大党员干部深入学习了中纪委七次全会上的讲话和党的十五届六中全会以及十六大的精神，以及《党性党风党纪教育读本》、《党风廉政手册》。教育领导干部必须注意自重、自省、自警、自励，牢固树立共产主义世界观、人生观、价值观。使广大党员干部真正提高了遵纪守法的自觉性，增强了抗腐拒变的能力。
三是加强精神文明建设，活跃党内生活。20*年我们克服机构单设后人手少等困难，在努力做好经常性工作的同时，围绕争创全国科普示范区的目标，五月份，我们突出重点精心策划了“全国第五届科技活动周暨江苏省第十七届科普宣传周”的工作，本届“双科周”期间，我们着重开展了“十个一”活动。即：出版了一期科普专刊，开展了一次科普集市活动，创办了一个科普网站，召开了一次科技人员座谈会，开展了一次“服务农家”的志愿者活动，组织了一次向部分小学赠送科普图书活动，开展了一次科普征文竞赛，举办了一次科技论文征集评选活动，举办了一次健康知识讲座，组织参加了一次市科普知识竞赛，此外，我们还邀请中科院院士张厚英到省锡中作了一场科普讲座，深受师生们欢迎。在九月十七日的全国科普日活动期间，我们高度重视，及早筹划，集中力量开展了一系列活动，一是出版一期《惠山科普》专刊；二是开展一次科普画廊评比活动；三是组织一次“科普进社区”活动；四是开展一次大型的科普讲座。并以此为契机，进一步在全区欣起科普新热潮。为了抓好社区的科普工作，区科协把创办社区科普中心作为“全国科普日”期间和今年下半年重点工作来抓。目前，已在堰桥镇新惠社区和前洲社区抓试点。我们要求社区科普中心要拥有“三室”和“三支队伍”，即建立社区科普学校、科普图书室和青少年科普基地，建立社区科普联络员队伍、社区科普宣讲员队伍和社区科普志愿者队伍。为此，区科协专门制定了社区科普中心工作职责和管理制度，并要求上墙。目前，两个社区科普中心正在筹建中，预计11月底可初步建成。其中，新惠社区科普中心的投入将不少于8万元。为了切实抓好今年的科普工作，我们一方面加强与各部门的联系，努力争取上级的支持，一方面注重加强自身建设，完善相关工作制度，各项工作力求朝规范化、制度化、经常化的方向发展。此外，我们还加强了对基层科协的领导，先后健全各镇科协、区级学会、企业科协和农村专业技术协会的组织，要求他们年初有计划，年终有总结。
