双联双促活动工作总结 按照县委组织部、县委基层办《关于开展“双联双促”活动的实施意见》的要求，在县委组织部、县委基层办的具体指导下，县直机关工委各级党组织对开展“双联双促”活动认识明确,部署到位,进展顺利,效果明显。活动开展过程中，帮助完善了一批农村生产生活基础设施，解决了一些困难党员和困难职工群众生产生活中的热点难点问题，活动取得了明显成效，现将主要工作总结如下:
一、思想认识明确,安排部署到位
县委组织部、县委基层办《关于开展“双联双促”活动的实施意见》下发后，县直机关工委及时进行了转发，并召开县直机关工委委员会进行了专题研究。4月18日在首次召开的县直机关党的工作会议上，县直机关工委书记张国有同志在安排今年机关党建工作时，又对此项工作再次做了安排强调。同时，我们从完善机关党建工作考核管理机制入手，压滤机滤布在《略阳县机关党组织工作手册》中对县直机关各级党组织开展“双联双促”主题党建活动的检查考核制定了一整套办法，从工作机制上保证了“双联双促”活动在县直机关动得快、铺得开、效果显著。8月1日至10日，结合半年机关党建工作检查，我们组织系统内20余名从事专兼职党务工作的领导和干部对8个总支、1个机关党委、57个支部开展“双联双促”活动情况进行了逐一检查，交流工作方法，总结典型经验。年底，我们还将结合全年机关党建目标管理考核，对县直机关各级党组织开展“双联双促”活动情况进行再检查、再督促，推动这项工作在县直机关持续不断的开展下去。
二、参与范围广泛,内容形式多样
按照县直机关工委的工作部署，县直机关各级党组织认真组织本部门单位的党员干部学习开展“双联双促”活动的相关文件材料，进一步统一思想，提高认识，明确其重要意义、目标任务和工作要求，增强了参与这一活动的主动性和责任感。并在深入所联系的贫困村、困难企业党组织开展调查摸底，掌握实情的基础上，确定了每一位党员的联系对象，制定了本系统部门单位开展“双联双促”活动的实施方案，落实了工作措施和责任，健全了相关工作制度，报送了“双联双促”活动登记表册，并在《略阳县机关党组织工作手册》中对活动开展情况做了如实记载，建立起了比较完整和规范的档案材料。
在开展“双联双促”活动中，县直机关各党组织及党员干部紧紧围绕活动的目标任务，充分发挥部门单位的行业优势，想联系对象所想，急联系对象所急，各尽所能，不断创新方式方法，充实丰富活动内容，推动了“双联双促”活动有声有色地开展。
三、党员倾心帮扶，活动成效显著
截至目前，县直机关工委系统除年龄偏大，身体条件较差，个人生活困难的离退休党员和少数离退休党支部外，共有52个支部，627名党员开展了此项活动，联系贫困村党支部53个，困难企业党支部8个，社区党支部1个，联系困难党员201人，困难职工群众238人，机关各党组织共到联系点开展工作163次，滤布协调、投入资金万元，帮助落实项目49个，新修维修村组道路公里，拓宽改造公里，修桥涵18座，农网改造公里，修村“两委”阵地24处，建文化广场3个，发放各种慰问金万元，救助困难群众535人，资助贫困学生180名。在活动开展期间，县直机关广大党员群策群力、竭尽所能，想方设法为联系对象办好事、办实事，充分展示了县直机关党员良好的党性修养和人格魅力，涌现出一批为人所称道的先进人物和先进事迹。今年4月，县委政法委党支部在为所联系的白水江镇甘溪沟村修建村“两委”办公室进行的捐款活动中，仅党支部书记张洪敬同志个人捐款就达500元之多；县直机关工委党支部尽管只有4名党员，但他们多方争跑，牵头协调资金、物资7万余元，为所联系的白石沟乡安坪沟村马家沟村民小组新修石拱桥一座，解决了沿河两岸2个村民小组85户329人多年来未能解决的过河难问题;县档案局党支部在开展活动过程中，借助外力为联系对象解决实际困难，9月份主动与汉中“单身俱乐部”联系，发动青年捐款捐物献爱心，为联系的毛坝村小学捐赠体育用品一批，并为32名家庭困难的小学生赠送了书包书籍等学习用品；县财政局局属事业单位党支部为支持所联系的白雀寺乡白雀寺村群众搞好农业生产筹资2000元，购买尿素1吨分送给16户农户，筹资4000元资助该村修路；县住房资金管理中心党支部长期救助贫困大学生何建磊同学，每年资助学费2000元已达两年；县国税局党总支把定期与联系村开展“双联双促”活动作为一项制度，今年8月，在嘉陵江涨水，渡船无法摆渡的情况下，局领导、局党总支委员就带领党员干部迂回郭镇坪沟村到所联系的史家院乡郭家坝村开展活动，全年累计捐款捐物折合人民币达2万余元；县信访局党支部深入所联系的白石沟乡毛坪山组织群众宣讲中央1号文件，讲解农技知识；县工商局机关党委横现河工商所党支部在开展“双联双促”活动中，所领导带头帮扶联系白家坝五保户特困党员，不仅想方设法帮助联系对象解决生产困难，还事无巨细的帮助解决生活困难，所党支部书记、所长陈剑同志每月坚持带理发师为联系的79岁老党员陈庭科理一次发，打扫一次家庭环境卫生，把党的温暖和关怀送到困难党员家中。县直机关其他各级党组织也以各种形式积极推进“双联双促”活动在本系统、本部门、本单位的深入开展。
