小学劳动课听课心得
对于小学劳动课这一学科，很多人都不明白它的真正含义，它究竟是一门怎样的课程?要教给学生什么?怎么教?劳动课与综合实践课又怎样的关系?这些都是我在实际的教育教学中所关心并长期探讨的主要问题。带着这些问题，今年三月中旬，自己有幸来到著名的XX区汝河路小学，在这里参加了XX区劳动课优质课的听课活动，首先很感谢学校领导能给予自己这次宝贵的学习提高机会，安排了这么好的学习借鉴机会，另为评教师充分的准备，大胆的实践尝试，也给我们指明了一个很好的学习探索方向。这次听课活动对自己的触动很多，作为一名支教的教师，在本次活动中受益也很多，现在谈一下自己的体会： 小学劳动课是：通过自我服务劳动、家务劳动、公益劳动和简单的生产劳动和教育和实践，使学生初步学会一些基本的劳动知识的技能，逐步培养正确的劳动观念、良好的劳动习惯，以及热爱劳动和热爱劳动人民的感情。
小学综合实践课作为一门以学生自主实践探究为主的课程，侧重于对学生进行综合能力的训练，采用多种方法，充分强调学生的活动主体性，调动学生学习兴趣，使学生能够充分扩展视野，发展能力。这门课程要求教师要基于学生的直接经验，使课程内容紧密贴近学生自身生活与社会生活，让学生在课程中学会自主实践和探索，以培养学生的创新能力。
一、课题的选择从学生实际和兴趣出发。
课堂的主体是学生，对于劳动课更是如此，如何真正发挥和体现学生的主体性，激发学生主动探究的兴趣，课题的选择便显得尤为重要。劳动课课题的选择上要避免大而空洞，主题确定要小，教师引导学生从日常生活中发现自己感兴趣的问题，从他们自己的生活经验出发，从个体的学习生活、家庭生活、社会生活或自然生活中自主地提出具有生命力的鲜活的活动课题，这样就使学生的目标感更强，而且更容易在短时间内完成。春晖小学老师的《泥塑》一课，就把同学们每天都要打交道的泥的制作搬上了课堂，同学们积极性非常高，动手欲望强烈，整个课堂都弥漫着一种学习创作的氛围;幸福路小学李娜的《剪染纸》，王小玲的《折餐巾花》;齐礼闫小学罗明军的《橡筋动力模型赛车》;京广路小学的林丽的《编织吉祥结》;陇海中路小学海三霞的《设计制作公益广告牌》等。另外，课堂过程中可以采用主动参与、主体体验、探究、调查等主要活动方式，使学生在诸如体验自然、志愿服务、观察、实验、调查、手工制作、探究等一系列的活动中发现和解决问题，体验和感受生活。
二、教师的指导贯穿每一个环节，作用不容忽视。
劳动课强调学生是活动的主体，要通过学生的自主学习和实践活动获得直接经验，但这并不意味着教师是学生活动的旁观者。恰恰相反的是，教师更应该成为学生活动的指导者、组织者、领导者，而且还要与学生共同开展探究实践的过程。劳动课的过程一般包括：引题----实践探究----经验分享----成果发表等几个阶段，教师的指导任务贯穿学生活动的全过程，其中最重要的就是要教给学生各种获取知识的方法，培养学生各种能力。在实施过程中，教师及时了解学生的探究进度，给予鼓励、启发，推进学习的不断深入。伴随活动过程的展开，教师要有针对性地进行指导、点拨与督促。如幸福路小学李娜老师执教的《剪染纸》一课，教师对于染纸的方法指导贯穿在学生的操作之中，使学生在实际操作中遇到问题后立即得到解决之法，事半功倍，学生的注意力在不知不觉中始终集中在课堂活动中。所以在活动中通过经验分享，师生交流活动的体验与感悟，反思活动过程，可以促使学生认识与情感的升华。这样由教师引导学生参与到扎扎实实的实践活动过程，会让学生终身受益。最后教师要多鼓励学生，不管是能力强的还是弱的学生，只要他们在自己原有的基础上有所进步就应该给予肯定，很多时候教师的一个眼神、一个首肯都会对学生产生极大的影响和鼓舞。
三、劳动活动重视过程的经历，而非最终结果。
著名教育家陶行知早就提出“做中学，学中做”理论，劳动活动的真正主体是学生，我们必须千方百计地为学生创设各种有利于实践的环境，让学生“说”与“做”统一，将学生想的付诸于实际行动，结合实际活动内容，放开手脚让学生走出课堂，走向社会(社区)，走向大自然，让学生亲历活动过程，自己去调查、考察、访谈、收集整理资料，研究或写研究报告。我们关注的焦点是学生都经历了哪些过程，在活动过程中发现了什么问题，他们又是如何想方设法地解决问题的;在实践中获得了何种体验;与他人交往和合作的如何;在活动过程中是否被激发出个性化的创造性表现。这次所听的劳动课程，教师都非常注重对学生动手能力的培养，另外还有不少老师在课前布置学生在规定的表格中调查相应的内容，有了自己的亲身实践和亲身感受，学生在课堂上自然有话可说，有事可论，所以只有关注的方向落在实践活动的过程中，才能真正体现劳动课是一门以学生的经验与生活为核心的实践课程。在遇到问题时，启发思路、补充知识、
