（二）教材编写意图：
百分数和小数的互化，教材没有先给出互化的方法，而是直接提出：“百分数和小数怎样互化呢？让学生自己探索，再通过：“做一做”，让学生在观察比较中发现互化的规律，从而找出快捷的互化方法。
