 百分数是在学生学过整数、小数特别是分数概念和用分数解决实际问题的基础上进行教学的,百分数实际上是表示一个数是另一个数的百分之几的数。因此,它同分数有密切的联系。百分数在实际中有广泛的应用。如发芽率、合格率等。因此,这部分内容是小学数学中重要的基础知识之一。

 2、教材的编写图

 教学内容所选素材,注意从实际出发,贴近学生生活。做到直观有趣,充满时代气息,百分数概念的教学,教材一开始就出现四幅与百分数有关的生活情景图,目的是引导学生在联系生活实际中认识百分数理解百分数的意义,感受百分数在生活实际中的应用价值。

 一、复习

 1、少年宫共展出400件中小学科技作品。其中小学生的作品才有150件,小学生的作品占展品总数的几分之几?

 2、希望小学的学生参加全国绘画作品比赛,共有参赛作品823幅,其中儿童画有504幅,儿童画的作品数量占参赛作品总量的几分之几?

 提问:这两道题有什么共同特点?

 要求一个数是另一个数的几倍,该怎样求?

 二、教学新课

 1、联系实际引出百分数。

 (1)出示课本第77页的四幅图。

 提问:从这四幅图中你发现了什么?(我们发现了一种以前没有过的数)

 教师:像18%,50%,64.2%……,这样的数我们都叫做百分数。

 (2)提问:在日常生活中,大家在哪里还见过百分数?(课前,让学生通过预习后,广泛收集生活中的百分数。)

 2、教学百分数的意义。

 (1)提问:谁能说一说,刚才那四幅图中百分数的具体含义吗?

 师:小学生近视率为18%,就是说小学生近视的人数占全体小学生人数的。

 小结:通过分析,我们知道,表示一个数是另一个数的百分之几的数,就叫做百分数。

 (3)提问:什么叫百分数?

 为什么说百分数也叫百分率或百分比呢?

 师:百分数是一种特殊的比率关系,它的后项是一个固定的数100,所以百分数也叫百分率或百分比。

 (4)讨论:百分数的分子可以是哪些数?

 学生讨论后,进行汇报,最后教师加以归纳总结。

 小结:由于百分数是表示两个数的比的关系,所以分子可以是整数也可以是小数,可以是小于100的倍数,也可以是等于或大于100的数。

 教材分析:(一)教材所处的地位

 这部分内容是在学生学过百分数的意义,明确了百分数和分数、小数的联系的基础上教学的。由于百分数的计算,通常是化成分数、小数来进行,而求百分率,又要把算出的结果化成百分数,所以学好这部分内容将为后面学习百分数的计算和应用打下基础。

 (二)教材编写意图:

 百分数和小数的互化,教材没有先给出互化的方法,而是直接提出:“百分数和小数怎样互化呢?让学生自己探索,再通过:“做一做”,让学生在观察比较中发现互化的规律,从而找出快捷的互化方法。

 例1教学把小数化成百分数。教材给出3个小数让学生进行探究,最后呈现出探究的过程,即把3个小数化成分母是100的分数,再写成百分数的形式。其中写出了小数转化成分母是100的分数的过程,如1.4=14/10=140/100,以突出小数化成百分数的规律。

 例2教学把百分数化成小数。教材通过提出问题“怎样把百分数27%、135%化成小数呢?让学生探索转化的方法。教材呈现了学生的思考过程:先把百分数写成分数的形式,再利用分数和小数互化的方法把分数转化成小数。并鼓励学生交流自己的方法。

 (二)探究小数化成百分数的方法

 1、出示例1:把0.24、1.4、0.123化成百分数。

 方法一:结合例题中的几位小数表示的意义,转化成百分数。

 即:1.4=14/10=140/100

 0.123表示千分之一百二十三,可以写成分数123/1000,再根据分数的基本性质写成12.3/100,最后改写成百分数:

 即:0.123=123/1000=12.3/100=12.3%

 方法二:

 1.4=4/10=140/100=140%

 0.24= 24/100 =24%

 0.123=123/1000=12.3/100=12.3%

 把计算过程圈起,引导学生想:如果不看计算过程,怎样能很快把小数化成百分数?

 即:把小数化成百分数,只要把小数的小数点向右移动两位,同时在后面添上百分号即可。强调:当小数点向右移动两位时,原数就扩大100倍,再添上百分号,又使它缩小100倍,所以,原数的大小不变.
